How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. In-stock pieces are dispatched within 48 to 72 hours. Made-to-order pieces ship as soon as tailoring is finished, which takes 3 to 5 weeks.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
No. We accept prepaid orders only. Paying online confirms your order instantly and lets us give every genuine order our full attention. You can pay securely at checkout.
How do I return my parcel?
Returning an item is simple.
1. Fill in the return form included in your parcel and slip it inside the package.
2. Make sure the items are carefully folded, in their original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition.
3. Send your parcel to the return address shown on the form.
Please note that returns dropped at a pick-up point are not accepted.
Do I have to pay to return my order?
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the return must be sent to the address indicated. Caftan Family cannot be held responsible if the parcel is lost, delayed or damaged in transit.
The item I received has a defect. What should I do?
If you received an item that is faulty or does not match your order, don't worry. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel via our contact page. Our team will take care of your request as quickly as possible to find a suitable solution. After that period, unfortunately no claim can be accepted.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been received, we process the items within 14 working days. After checking that everything is in perfect condition, the refund is made to the same payment method you used for your order.
